Programmes are teacher-led and delivered on site in studio, corporate and therapeutic settings across Reading, Windsor, Newbury and the wider Thames Valley. Exact venue details are confirmed with each cohort.
Training areas we already publish
Thames Wellness Academy (trading as Berkshire Yoga Training) delivers on-site education across Berkshire and Reading. Published delivery areas also include Windsor and Newbury, with teaching heartland in Reading and the surrounding Thames Valley.
We do not publish a single permanent street address on this page yet. Venue addresses, maps and access notes are shared in joining instructions before each programme starts.

Driving
Arriving by car
Most programmes sit within Berkshire road networks serving Reading, Windsor and Newbury. Parking arrangements vary by venue and are confirmed in your joining pack.

Train
Arriving by train
Reading is our published teaching heartland and a major Thames Valley rail hub, which makes national and regional rail a practical option for many cohorts. Windsor and Newbury venues are also within Berkshire rail catchments when programmes are scheduled there.

Bus
Arriving by bus
Local bus services serve Reading, Windsor and Newbury town centres and surrounding Berkshire areas. Routes depend on the specific studio or training room booked for your cohort.

Walking
Arriving on foot
Many Thames Valley venues are reachable on foot from local rail stations or town-centre stops, especially in Reading. Walking routes and access notes are venue-specific.
